Q. What is the lead time for production of a display?
A. Stock colors such as coal-black, windsor-blue, and silver-grey in 10' curve can be shipped in 2 days from order. Other colors and models will require 5-8 working days.
Q. Do you charge tax?
A. If you are located outside of California, you are tax-exempt.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Discover Card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and company check.
Q. Do you have a design department?
A. Yes. Our graphic designer can assist you with a simple to difficult project. Computer time is $80 per hour.
Q. What is the weight and dimensions of the 10' display system?
A. Wheeled 1-case model weighs approximately 95 lbs and the dimensions are 38" x 26" x 16 1/2". Also available in 2-case version.
Q. What is the warranty on the display?
A. The frame and the magnet rail comes with a LIFETIME warranty. Graphics are also backed with a 1 year guarantee from any discoloring, delamination, or bubbling of panels.
Q. Can one person set up a 10' booth?
A. Yes. The display is light, portable, and easy for one person to set-up in approximately 10 minutes.
